The card is seated properly in the PCIx slot

Any help would be appreciated thanks

Could be a bad monitor cable, a bad connector on either end or simply a bad card.

I seem to recall having read something similar about the 6800 on Nvnews. IIRC it was only text and it made it look italicized. Is this what you are seeing? Try a search on Nvnews, but for 6800. Might be a similar problem with a similar cause. I can't remember the solution, but I'll try and see if I can dif that up for you.

PS. Arghhh. You can only search on Nvnews forums if you are a member and I am not.

Thanks guys,
I just spoke to a tech at BFG and he told me it was a bad card. I'm going back to Future Shop to get an exchange.
