Saturday, October 8, 2005 at 00:10 JST NAGOYA — Sega Sammy Holdings Inc said Friday it has made TMS Entertainment Ltd a consolidated subsidiary by acquiring a 50.2% stake in the affiliated animated movie maker in terms of voting rights.
