Heheh. . . The only thing I could see that indicates "Doom 3 Engine!" is the shadows. There are other games that use the same technique, but Doom 3 is most famous for it.

Interesting, their MegaTexture(tm) landscape technology didn't look impressive at all tough, at least not on that screenshot.
Sounds & looks cool otherwise tough

Is it just me, or do the textures in the background look a bit low-res?

Dynamic LOD to get so much detail up close is what I gather.

Doom 3.

*look at the screenshot*

Wait... That doesn't look like Doom 3.
Using original, artwork and art direction, with the Doom 3 Engine, wasn't supposed to be so yesterday?

Sarcasms aside, it's good to see some different artwork running on the Doom 3 Engine.

Looking forward to this one I really liked RtCW: Enemy Territory and this one sure looks nice from that screenshot. Modern/futuristic weaponry will be interesting. Just hope they don't botch the teamplay/class balance that I enjoyed so much in ET.

I hope that was an ill-advised attempt at humor, because otherwise it'd be the dumbest post I read today (all three hours of today I might add)...

exactly, but if anything a few years of practice should give them good ideas how to keep the balance in check...

Heh, the Apache looking aircraft has a tail rotor but nothing on top. Looks like this is still very early and may be missing a few minor details...

ill-advised? Seems someone always says that in a thread about Doom3 engine games so I figured I'd get it out first.

Two new screenshots:

This game is looking pretty damn interesting. I'm especially curious to know more about the strategic aspect and the deployment of structures, etc.

That last screen shot if truly from the game looks simply amazing.

I realize it has some pretty visible low poly things so it is likely from the game, but the animation is really, really good at least to me you can practically hear the guy saying "Sh*iiiit!"
