i'd add that you can walk into scan as well.. ( be prepared for a long wait though ;0)
they've also added a "order on the net, pickup from our shop" system,, though i've not tried that yet so can't comment :-/ -dave- |

Overclockers tend to be a bit more expensive than Scan, but I'm had faster turn around times on returned goods, and unlike Scan they will pay for you to ship the goods back to them.
