I've had no problem with this motherboard in my limited testing...

I had two of them -- one doing 287FSB and one doing 292FSB, both with ram at 1:1. Neither one of them were modded, both were running a 2.4C (Northwood) at ~3.43ghz and 3.50ghz respectively, both also running Adata Hyperram at DDR574 and DDR874 respectively.

I'm still using that 2nd board now with a 3.0C at 3.71ghz, which isn't too horrible. For best results, your AGP voltage needs to go up 0.1v for every about 25-30mhz of extra bus speed after 200. Up to about 230FSB, stock voltage is fine. From 230 to around 250, you need 1.6vAGP. From 250 to about 275, you need 1.7vagp. And after 275FSB to work reliably, you need 1.8vagp. Ran my 9800 that way for about 18 months without issue, and I've been running my X800 the same way as well.

That's really about it. I personally love the board, but I guess that doesn't mean everyone else has to
