Not until I get my copy of HL2 in 11 hours.
I may not even get to sleep AT ALL.

I have my Half Life 2 standing in front of me at my desk. Praying that my last 3 and a half working hours will pass quickly!

And Dave, think of it like this, if it is quit because of Half Life 2, then now is the time to perform maintainance on the Beyond3D servers. Nobody will notice.

I notice my DVD version still does a CD check on startup (won't start without disc in drive) and there is a reference to SecureRom on one of the filenames. You'd think with manadatory Steam registration they wouldn't force SecureRom on us too.

LOOOOOOVE IT!!!!!!

Just on a "move and defrag" break, I spaced that and have been having long load times since I'd just stuck my Valve directory on my monster 200Gb storage partition.

It's good to take a break now and again though, bathroom and coffee refills and such.

Oh, and getting the kids up and ready for school...shit, I better do that!

Why does the unlocking take so long? Do you have to re-download the game or what? :?

Dunno. Maybe the files were encrypted throughout and 'new' ones were created from them?
