Default Vampire: Bloodlines videos

Looks good, but with Troika's habit of overreaching designs and apparent lack of Q/A combined with going in a new direction, technology-wise, with the Source engine might turn the whole thing into a bit of a mess. But I hope not.

Dunno. I'm not horribly impressed so far. Does it have multiplayer?

I mostly liked what I I saw, but there were a few bad choices of discipline effects (*ahem* potence *ahem*) and some not-too-convincing rendering (arms on Fat Larry, etc.) - yet since we ain't particularly overloaded with Vampire games, or even RPGs, I look forward it.
(BTW anybody having a release date or sumthin for the Cthulhu game...?)

That's up in the air right now. I'll bet it gets dropped so the game will be ready to ship this fall.

Considering Troika's RPG pedigree, I'm very excited about this game. No, it won't look as good as D3 or HL2 because the company's artists aren't accustomed to creating cutting-edge first person shooters, but it's going to look better than any other single player RPG ever created. I just hope it doesn't turn into a action-driven shooter with a thin veneer of role playing.

No cooperative play, and no dungeon-master ... just simple FPS type multiplayer gameplay.
