According to FiringSquad the 6800 Ultra can't overclock much.
They o/clocked the GPU to 435Mhz and the Memory to only 555Mhz (1110Mhz effective) Quote:

Well, I would attribute it to two possible reasons:
1. It's a reference board and is a new product altogether. That being said, retail boards might be better overclockers. 2. The core is nearly maxed out in its current revision and can only go so far. |

Well, 35MHz more isn't too shabby in absolute numbers, and with a 16-pipe chip that is a fair chunk of extra fillrate.
