i thought so, but i did read it to be MB, not mb, just hit me with a stupid stick was realy excited to see a 256MB GDDR3

Actually for DRAM, 90% is horrid. In general, DRAM should be hitting 99%+ functional yields, and 95%+ at speed yields to make it profitable. That is one of the reasons for the large amount of redundancy in the designs.
