Well, I suspect AMD were paid for this advertisement kind of thingie. I don't even want to think about the other possibilities. But in any case people are not enjoying it, it is not funny, AMD guys..

By releasing a fix for an unheard of online came shows that they have lost their direction. The division has no direction anymore. It is a free for all at the moment. The other side of the coin is, that this is all they are able to fix. The other more pressing issues are no where close to getting solved.

New architecture, new driver release model, is all marketing manure to buy time. Pogostick's (Piledriver) release is not even mentioned anymore. It's another huge embarassement in the making. Bulldozer was the beginning of the death spiral they are in. The mismanagement spilled over into their gpu division and need to work fast to recover from it.

The only fix is for the little heard of Cry Me a River dancer....when there are SO many MORE major issues in games that are actually PLAYED!

On the other hand I want to try these but just upgraded to another beta branch wich is working fine for now and as I have CF I don't really want to be suffering with driver issues no more. Next month i'm switching to a single GTX670 and hope my journey on the 3D world becomes easier.

Haha yeah how can they even dare to post the QQ Dancer fix in the release notes while there are so many more pressing issues in more commonly played games.

I personally made my deadline, if by September/October this year nothing changes in AMD's driver department I'll swallow my pride and pay the significant extra money for a 680m instead of a 7970m just because the drivers will be less sucky.

You would be mistaken. 12.7 beta(s) are not the 12.6beta.
The driver is good, but if you have had installer issues, try it through the DM.

QQ is some sort of IM client that is super popular over there. This QQ Dancer ties in with it somehow and is also rather popular apparently...

Tencent licensed Cryengine for something. I can't seem to figure out if it was for this game or what.
