Default Is Carmack's Quakecon 2012 keynote available anywhere online yet?

Or if not, anyone know from history roughly when it'll be released? I'm assuming it will.

QuakeCon 2011 took place August 4-7 and video was online on Aug 5:

//edit
This is exchange from Twitter (~7h ago):

dubhsoftware: Any idea when the keynote will be on YouTube?
QuakeCon: it's getting prepped. Hopefully today

So "tomorrow" is a safe bet.

Thanks for the link.
I like that he just admits that the Rage ending is flawed in the first few minutes...now that is out of the way, I am looking forward to Rage 2

Have to watch the rest later on, curious about VR...

Well maybe it will pass. What happened with RAGE was bound to have pissed him off though.

Listened to the whole thing (might as well have been a podcast, to be honest), and learned an interesting bit about the Vita's YouTube player in the process, as when starting the 3,5 hour YouTube movie it told me that if I wanted to watch it in HD, I needed to clear up 680MB more of memory card space. Which I did, and then it worked. In fact I have to say really happy with the YouTube player on Vita, seems very robust.

Anyway, I think for me this was the most interesting keynote from him in a long time, as it seems his interests are aligning with mine, or mine with his who knows , and I enjoyed just about every bit of topic he discussed from start to end.

I actually think he was really polite about the AMD driver thing, and considered it something they should have avoided themselves, regardless of outside influences.

I'm surprised he's not pushing harder for a better programming language, the one we use for games is clumsy at best, and quite error prone, programmers spend more time fighting the language than writing algorithms...

I reckon that he himself is extremely comfortable with C ... he gives that impression at least.

He should write his own programming language and compiler
C/C++ will let you shoot yourself in both feet while not giving a f***

Isn't that the point? He's likely to want you to be able to shoot yourself in both feet in your next game, both literally and using various equivalent techniques in pointer chasing C code to make it look more visceral and correct for the slightly warped 3D 110 degree FOV goggles that come with it.
