Excellent C programming & Linux development skills in a commercial environment - not just open source
Software engineer with a background in low level driver writing
A good view of systems architecture issues
Familiarity with driver level Linux graphics, including one or more of X11 DirectFB, Android (SurfaceFlinger)
Written & spoken communication skill appropriate to a team lead position
