NUKE COMPOSITORS

A Toronto based studio are currently looking for talented Nuke Compositors for an immediate start. They require someone who is able to work both in a team and on their own in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidates have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and technical knowledge and have relevant experience in a commercial, film or TV environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the VFX Supervisor, VFX Producer, and lead CG artists
• Problem-solve complex compositing issues using Nuke within a VFX pipeline
• Work with clients to help visualize and create their shots
• Research, develop and adapt new and current ideas and techniques

Requirements

• Must be an Ontario resident
• Minimum 2 years Photo Real compositing experience
• Advanced level of knowledge compositing 3D elements
• Proficient using 2.5d approaches, projections and using the 3D environment within Nuke. This must be demonstrated on your reel
• Proficiency with tracking (both 2D and 3D)
• Understanding of VFX pipeline
• Shoot experience a plus
