How many HDD related problems were there on XB1? Is this change in philosophy (if it's continuous and wasn't for launch titles only) in response to learning from XB1's difficulties? I'm more inclined to think it's a launch title only issue. Other reasons just don't seem strong enough to me.

Besides which, Oblivion is using HDD and they say they can't do without. So surely HDD based games, that use the HDD and expect it, are possible. Where exactly does this 'no HDD games' quote come from? Doesn't sound kosher to me.
