Weird 0.1s lag every 5-10 seconds
I have a really weird problem. Every 5-10 seconds almost all games I run stops for about 0.1s. It happens in BF1942, Elastomania, HL2 and even the car demo in the ATI-drivers. I have tried turning AGP Fast Write off, changed drivers and rund Spybot and Adaware but it didn't help. What could this problem be?
My computer is: A64 3000+@2250mhz 512mb Corsair PC4000 MSI K8N Platinum Sapphire Radeon 9600pro 2*200gb Seagate 7200.7 Antec Truepower 430w WindowsXP SP2 |

Are you running Norton Internet security? The auto protect can be a pain. In the auto protect options exclude your games folders from scanning.
