Default AMD GDC papers - Leo demo

Starting new thread as last one was locked:

The AMD GDC papers have one on the AMD LEO demo.

Lighting was as expected - variant on light indexed rendering - interesting to see the details on pTex.

I also see that AMD is also contributing upgrades to UE3 (like Nvidia). Not sure how I feel about this - end users of UE3 benefit, but everyone else (graphic programmers) misses out on tech samples.

When I was working on UE3 projects I often thought that it was almost like an open source project given the number of companies contributing fixes and features. (I did this also as you don't want to have to always keep integrating your changes)
