The Role

Imagination's POWERVR graphics technology has an enviable reputation in the industry across semiconductor vendors, OEMs/ODMs, game publishers/developers, application developers and network operators, with hundreds of millions of units deployed with end users.
We are looking for graduate engineers to join our graphics driver development teams.

Opportunity

Working as a part of a team, as a graduate engineer you will have some or all of the following responsibilities:

• Working closely within your team and liaising externally with other research and development teams design and develop graphics drivers
• Performance and optimisation of drive code
• Developing and maintaining architectural and functional documentation

Target capabilities and skills

We are looking for candidates who are good C programmers and interested in low level graphics software programming, 3D graphics acceleration, graphics APIs - and are excited by the prospect of drivers they have worked on being shipped in millions of units a year.

Work Environment

• Small office environment on an expanding campus of around 500 staff, mainly engineers, in Kings Langley. The environment is informal, dynamic and the organization possesses an excellent social scene.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in electronics, computer science or similar.
