Post 3D & Animation Engine Programmer (Contract - UK)

Strong 3D maths skills and interested in developing a cutting-edge animation engine?

Our client, based in London UK, urgently requires talented, experienced coders to assist in the design and development of a hierarchical animation engine crucial to their next title.

The successful candidate can be based off-site for the majority of the contract, and must work onsite for the final integration phase. However, the successful candidate must be able to attend meetings on-site as and when requested.

Essential skills:-
  • Excellent C++ skills
  • Very strong 3D maths skills: matrices, vectors and Euler math knowledge a must
  • Quaternion experience: interpolation and general representations
  • Inverse kinematics (IK) - knowledge of multiple limb solvers
Beneficial:-
  • SoftImage XSI experience a plus, but not crucial

NOTE: A permanent 3D programmer position is available to candidates with strong 3D graphics programminge experience.
