No youre right, its a silly mistake on our end. Cat 6.1 will address it.

for now the workaround is install 1.1 first and then 2.0 on top of it

They most certainly do not get NDA info about unreleased products. However they do get alot of info about unreleased software. Examples I can think of is both Catalyst Control Center and AVIVO Video...
