I had trouble with 1 of my cd-roms and after partly (25%) install it said something was bad. It sort of froze and I rebooted by hitting reset and installed another cd-rom drive (after turning pc off).
Now when I try to install it off this one it comes up with modify, repair and uninstall. Non work so now I cannot completely install the game from scratch :(

Anything I can do?

Have you completely erased the MOH:AA directory it partially installed to? Also cleared out windows\temp? If that doesn't work, then you'll likely have to resort to a hunt n' peck in the registry for any MOHAA entries.
