Would you consider putting an end to l33t inline graphics links in people's sigs? It'll soon look like a menagerie with 1024x400 "system specs" extolling the virtues of laxatives. What's to stop people from linking to banner ads? (Hmmm, that gives me an idea.) Perhaps I'm getting conservative in my old age...

Sig pics detract fromt he boards.
I hate em, and i PM members who have em to please remove them. It would be nicer if they just couldnt do it.
I dont want this place looking like some of the forums do.

I removed my image sigs, after thinking about how annoying it is to see a broken image link. Anyways, I dont think outright banning images in sigs is the right thing to do. But asking the more eggregious(sp?) images to be removed. The b3d folding image is totally acceptable to me.

My issue is that the images in the sig take away from the readability of the posts since they're very distracting. I personaly wouldn't mind them being banned, if you want images, link to them thruogh your sig but don't puke them on these pages.
