Does it require the original warcraft III reign of Chaos cd to install this new expansion?
I have the Warcraft III reign of Chaos game installed in my computer, but i download it from my friend's comp and it has a no cd patch, so i dont know if i can install the expansion in my comp?

Well, then I would suggest you go to the game store of your choice and get hold of a legit copy of WC3 right along with the expansion pack. You were intending to purchase it, yes?
