limit the size of a sig

is it possible to limit the sig to 100(?) or so chars and no pics?

some posts have like 6 Lines sig and 1 Line actual Text.

How about being able to disable sigs too? I can't find that option in this board software.

I hate reading posts that are shorter than the sig they're attached to. That's just rude. Shows that the poster is more interested in narcissism than a valid response. Count me in for a .sig-less board preference.

a one line sig is ok to me.
No image would be a good thing, and char limitation too.

I prefer a vertical size limit over a character limit. Without a character limit you can use a lot more formatting to make more info fit into a limited space.
