Besides it might just be blatant plagrism, especially the graphics where all important infos are contained.
besides that the chip still have to run some games.

An interesting thing about that article is the positioning of the RV250 relative to other cards. If it's more than just a guess by SiS then the V really does stand for 'value' and it certainly isn't designed to be a performance chip, but a cheap DX8 chip.
