Apparently NVIDIA has released beta CUDA toolkit and SDK for MacOS X 10.5.2 (http://www.nvidia.com/object/cuda_get.html#macos). I don't have an Intel Mac so I can't try that though.

Looks like they also released the source code for the CUBLAS and CUFFT libraries:
