Okay, time for a question from a WinXP newbie (not sure if this should go in the "Software" forum or not) :

How do I assign drive letters to my drives?

I have two hard drives, one CDROM and one CDRW and they are jumbled up in terms of drive letters. I'd like my two hard drives to be C and D with the two CD drives to be E and F. They are currently C & E for my two hdd and D & F for my CD drives.

Thanks!

Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk Management

Talk about hiding things... btw there is a help system built into Windows... try using it (e.g. search on "change drive letter" reveals all of this with direct clickable links !).
