I guess the card offers 36-Bit-Rendering (Plus/Minus and the common 8 Bits)

The VSA-100 offers 40-Bit-Rendering (afaik no Plus/Minus, but greater precision. This makes sense for filtering texels and for multitexturing-precision)

Does anyone really knows the color rendering depht of GeForce3 and GeForce4?

36bit color, that would be 9bit/channel, which is what the whole GF series has.

Huh?

Do you mean internally?

yes, the internal precision.
