Comments:

The NVIDIA one is irritating because they normalize it. Sure 2x is nice, but if its from 1fps, then its pretty pointless.

The ATI ones are irritating because they're counting 3dmark03 "goodness" points, which aren't necessarily performance. Also, again, they're normalized.

well ati's plan b looks a whole lot like the original option. ;)
also, why is nvidia bothering to benchmark unfinished and unfinished product, i though they were considering themselves with the currently available games?

Am I missing something or is the ATI's "Plan B" exactly the same as "Plan A"?

"Plan B" has a higher resolution on the Antalus test. Can't spot any other difference.

Oh true! I think it is simply a typo. I mean, 1280x768? There isn't even such a resolution AFAIK.

I thought 720P was 1280x720?

oops, my bad

well in any case it's supported on ATi cards and if memory serves me right it's also supported on nVidia cards

When your product lineup is as strong as ATI's currently is, you dont need a Plan B... :D

1280x768 is a supported resolution on my 9700pro and imb p260 combo, but you would have to ut2003.ini to get it in game, and i don't see why anyone would run at such a odd resolution anyway. i have to back worm on the typo possibility being the most likely reason.

Yup. I just checked it, and it sure does support it. Still I think it is a typo..
