Help with choosing company name

Already have been incorporated as GUMP for about a year but others want to change it. That costs $. So before doing anything I thought we'd see what gamers say.

BTW, Veritas = "reality".

My latin is a bit rusty, but I clearly remember "In vino veritas" and veritas = truth ?

I would go for "Veritas studios" because it's shorter (better remembered) and has a nice ring to it.
Either way IMO the name won't make or break your company.

FWIW, there's a Veritas Software that's really big in enterprise-level backup software, so I dunno if you want to be choosing the same name. Plus I think the first name is way cooler anyways...

I agree with Dave, first one is the way to go. Veritas does sound good, but I believe there are others who are using it now.

Veritas means both reality and truth, so you are corect.

I agree myself with Dave; it's just been a silly side argument amongst the more serious issues. I suggested a poll in various forums to get a cross section of gamers to see what they like most.

Also, added another name: Midnight Fire.

We at first wanted the name "Midnight Light" but after a bit of research we discovered that belonged to a pornography company... :x
