Howdy,
I've tried installing a few of Humus' demos and had pretty good sucess with my Radeon 9000, but there were 3 that wouldn't work. I contacted Humus and he couldn't explain the problems. So he suggested I seek some help from other Radeon 9000 users to see if the problems could be replicated.
Here's a list of the demos and the problems associated with each:
1. Dither - White screeen with whole bunch of black dots scattered across
the screen. A frame-rate counter is in the upper left changing. It's usually
around 200fps. I can exit by presssing ESC.
2. Laplace - Black screeen with a frame-rate counter in the upper left
changing. It's usually around 160fps. I can exit by presssing ESC.
3. MotionBlur - White screeen with a frame-rate counter in the upper left
changing. It's usually around 50fps. I can exit by presssing ESC.
If anybody can replicate these problems let me know so Humus and I can figure out what's going on. Thanks in advance.
Tommy McClain
EDIT: I'm running a P2-333 with Win98, DirectX 9.0 and Catalyst 3.1 drivers.
