Hate the music on his demo. :) Humus, did Keith finally give you a card he said he'd give you that I asked him to consider giving you?

Fame, money, groupies... yeah Humus, you'll have it all. ;)
Remember us fondly, and drop by to spill a rumor or two, when you are not too busy playing with all the neat stuff that will come your way.

Seriously, nice to see ATI picking up on your stuff. Do you know what made someone there take notice?

Not yet, but he still plans on sending me one. I mailed him a week+ ago, he said they experienced some delays over there, he would be able to send me a card in a "week or two", which means he should be able to send one soon at least.

Well, Jeff Royle (devrel guy at ATi) should know me pretty well by this time :). From the last two months I have sent 20+ mails and got 20+ mails back regarding both driver bugs and other stuff like my registration as a developer and signing NDA etc. I also suppose my contribution at the discussion board at opengl.org would help too, there are some ATi guys looking in there a little now and then, not to talk about rage3d. It happends I get personal mails from some guys at ATi too.

It's really nice to get recogniced by these guys :), last but certainly not least I got a mail three days ago from Sim Dietrich of nVidia telling me he had seen my demos and my posts online and asked me if I'm interested in a job at nVidia :) ... which I of course am, but not sure if I'm able to jump on it right now (not sure I would like to live in the US either), I'd like to finish my education first, I've been talking a little with him about the possibility to at least do my "examination work" (the swedish counter part of a master thesis) over there this fall. Hopefully we can get something good out of this at least :)

Humus,

Take my advice, finish school once you leave and head into the workforce then its almost impossible to go back.
Working part time is always a option too.

Humus,

Take my advice and stay in school, once the big move is made to the workforce then its nearly impossible to go back.
Your talented and job offers won't be a issue.

Finish school, Humus. Either that or work our something with NV with regards to education sponsorship while working for them.

I hope I have been of some help WRT NV's interest in you.

Yeah, I suppose it's best that way, I'm close to the end anyway. I'll be done at the end of this year if everything goes right.
