Here's an interesting utility for MCE:

Basically, by setting up web servives on your box the app allows you to browse the MCE schedule guide over the web and schedule recordings / season passes from where-ever.

bah, I could control the Tivo via the web (including what channel it was watching) back in 2004!

yeah, it's ridiculously cool. :P
