If we're lucky there may be new stuff from TGS (but TGS was only a month ago, so..). Luckier still if there are some company reps present taking questions about PS3 work.

Is this an independent event, or an official Sony event? If it's the former, the chances of new stuff happening may be slim.

There are a couple of other things to keep an eye out for this week, IIRC? The Kutaragi address at another conference, and a PS3 presence at the Tokyo Film Festival (Blu-ray playback demo, finally, perhaps?!?).

I still much PS3 content will be released pre-Christmas. I'm expecting more standard PR fare, how great and revolutionary Cell will be, rather than actual RSX specs and the like.

According to the report the PS3 movies shown are exactly the same as those at TGS (about 30 minutes, including the MGS4 trailer) but with good audio in a closed room without noise from surrounding booths.

Apparently playable new PS2 games such as GPO, KH2, FF : DC, and MGS3 Subsistense network multiplay, and PSP are the main focus of the event, not PS3.
