View Full Version : My god my life is gone (nintendogs )
I got the demo through a contact . I've been playing it for a long time . It only lets u play 5 mins and it shuts off. But god its a great 5 mins haha . I keep restarting and having more fun. This game is nuts . Its going to sell so much .
THe graphics are good . THe dog models are realistic and the barking is great . The lab sounds like a lab . Playing with them is also fun. You throw the frisbee and it will chase it . But the best are the balloons . They will start to play with it , it will pop and they iwll run away . Its friggen great .

I'll probably buy this game for my spouse. :)
Oh I got a chance to play PacPix and it's a very cool game. :D
Don't worry, your life will be back after a month of playing a full game. It made me buy DS and I played Nintendogs every day in my free time, but now I can't even look at it anymore.
It's good for people who don't play games normally, but it wears off quickly for gamers. (Well, at least in my case. I hope you are luckier :)

You get a month of intensive play out of any game is pretty good actually. Ye average PC title can wear out much faster than that, there's only so many ways to finish a FPS title for example and once you clocked it once it's like watching a movie all over again; no surprises anymore.
So it sounds worth the money to me! :)

I agree with what Guden said. A lot of games you play intensely for the first couple of weeks then when you "beat" it, you hardly ever touch it again. This goes for all consoles.
Normally I would agree with you guys for the most games.... but
If you ever played SF2, you know that you still play the game LONG after 1 month, which shows how some games really can shine in gameplay area.
That being said, Nintendo did mention that Nintendogs wasn't really a game, but a simulation. I just can't bare Nintendogs anymore, it's just irritating. I can't say this about any other game.
It is my problem though.... :D

Fighting games are exceptions not the rule. That's like saying Tetris has replay value...well of course it does...
Maybe it's a more like Animal Crossing. At first you spend a decent amount of time fiddling with it but over time, you only spend a few minutes here and there.
well the demo is only 5 mins long so i can't give comments about how long I can play it . However the game seems to be just what Ty is explaining . Just like animal crossing i think i would log in every day for a few mins to check out whats going on . I've done this in animal crossing for just over a year . So it should be well worth the 35$ it costs to buy
