Nintendo is doing this to counter Sony's anticipated price drop on PSP. :wink:

sony isn't droping the price of the psp till next year , at least that is what i'm hearing. They are still loosing alot of money on the psp and still have supply issues

Supply issues? That seems to imply that however many they are putting out, sell through well.

Supply issues? That seems to imply that however many they are putting out, sell through well. No it implys that they are having problems producing the units , which is why the late euro launch . The psp sales have drasticly dropped off even here in the states . We are actually keeping them in stock and have been for the last 2 weeks or so

Hmnn... Walmart officially just dropped PSP Wayne Gretzky bundle for $298.47CDN (here in Canada) and other stores like Best Buy/ Future Shop dropped theirs too to avoid (110%) Price Match. You gotta love competition.
