The same thing happens with the rotating horse in 3dmark2k1 se as compared to 14.28.

what exactly are you doing in max that is performing so slow... tile based rendering is for the most part useless when it comes to wireframe modelling...

that does not metter at all, since before the 15.x version everything in it ran perfectly, and fast
