September 2002 - Albatron Technology, a manufacturer of Motherboards and Graphics Cards announced the powerful MX480 Graphic Accelerator Card featuring nVIDIA’s exciting new MX440-8X (NV18) chipset. This GPU supports AGP8X which virtually doubles the bandwidth and performance of predecessor AGP4X based cards. Albatron has also included an L-footprint heat sink and an impressive fan for maximum area heat dissipation to compensate fro the heat generated by memories.
