What does it mean when someone pulls down their lower left eye-lid with one finger whilst sticking out their tongue at you?

No reason for asking.... http://66.224.5.66/board/images/smilies/bleh2.gif

It's the Japanese way of putting out.

When Japanese kids want to taunt or insult each other, the standard gesture is to pull one eyelid down, stick out the tongue and make a "bleh" sort of sound.
