Ok... someone knows how in the nvidia cards is possible for example in a 17´ monitor (1280x1024 max resolution) put at 1600x1200?

In the ATI cards i can get... after instaling a driver from a 19´monitor i can get 1600x1200... of course only i can get a part of the image...

The purpose of this is just for some benchmarks at 1600x1200... the problem that in nvidia cards the monitor just go blank, and i can´t see anything. I think there some protection in the driver that prevent this...

This is for a review of high end cards ;), so i really need at least 1600x1200 in the nvidia cards, for stressing the cards to the maximum.

Any help is good. :)

Thanks

Either try nview clone mode if it lets you install a "second monitor" with 1600*1200 or switch to that resolution and do the benchmarks "blind" if possible.
